Virginia Viles, 1952 - 2025
Virginia Viles Services, LLC traces its roots back to 1992, when former owner Virginia Viles founded Housing and Computer Resources and Development after relocating from Houston, Texas to North Texas. What began as a specialized consulting service quickly expanded into national support for Public Housing Authorities across the United States.
For decades, Virginia Viles worked alongside hundreds of PHAs, helping agencies remain compliant with Federal regulations, HUD guidance, and evolving program requirements. Her commitment to precision, accountability, and ethical service established a respected legacy within the Public Housing industry.
Today, that legacy continues under the leadership of her daughter, Lisa Viles.
Raised within the industry and shaped by firsthand exposure to housing operations and compliance standards, Lisa brings a modern, systems-focused approach to regulatory alignment and administrative infrastructure.
With a background in executive administration and operational coordination, she understands both the technical requirements of compliance and the real-world challenges housing authorities face daily.
