By registering for and using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

All documents, templates, and materials provided through the Library Services are for the exclusive use of your Public Housing Authority (PHA). These resources must not be shared, distributed, or reproduced for other entities or PHAs without prior written authorization from Virginia Viles Services, LLC. 

 

Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of content may result in immediate termination of your access with no refund for any remaining subscription term.

 

2. Access Eligibility and Verification

Access to the Service is subject to approval and verification by Virginia Viles Services, LLC. Subscriptions must remain active and in good standing to maintain access.

3. Termination

Virginia Viles Services, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, misuse of the service, or any activity deemed harmful or abusive.

No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Service at our discretion, in which case prorated refunds may be issued.

All content within the Service — including documents, templates, logos, graphics, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Virginia Viles Services, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized users to access the Service.
