OUR STORY

It all began in 1992 as Housing and Computer Resources and Development when former owner Virginia Viles moved from Houston, Texas to North Texas where she began her career as a consultant providing support to many PHA's throughout the United States.  Since then, she has supported hundreds of PHA's ensuring their Housing Authorities were in compliance with Federal and HUD regulations.

Virginia surely made a name for herself throughout the Public Housing Industry and her legacy continues on with the transfer of ownership and continuation of services through her daughter, Lisa Viles.

Lisa brings a wealth of experience as an Executive Assistant, complemented by her understanding of the Public Housing Industry, a knowledge she gained from her mother. Her strong administrative skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail, ensure that clients receive exceptional support. Lisa’s commitment to outstanding customer service makes every client feel heard, valued, and supported as individuals.
